Inspired by the wind-shaped ancient hawthorn trees of the South Downs in England, this magnificent artwork is crafted upon solid elm. The twisted tree and branches are hand drawn and pyrographed with the full moon gilded with silver, gold and copper flakes.
 
Back by a solid brass ring for hanging, it is finished with a matt water-based varnish.
